Rule 110
Bid evaluation report to be submitted

(1) The bids opened publicly by the local body shall be submitted to the valuation committee in accordance with Rule 224. The evaluation committee shall complete the preliminary examination and evaluation of the bids within fifteen days and submit the evaluation report.
